Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for orders delivered within the United States.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in new condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nauvar.com within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address.

Items sent without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact contact@nauvar.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.

Exchanged items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
