Nauvar is operated by KAB COMERCIO ONLINE LTDA. We currently ship exclusively to customers located within the United States.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (U.S. Eastern Time) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Time
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Transit Time: 3–6 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days (processing + transit)
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum purchase is required.
Carriers
Orders may be shipped via established carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and logistics availability.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nauvar.com and include relevant details or photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
